Aje offers easy returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with tags attached. Please note that sale items and delicate accessories may be subject to specific exclusions.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
